It doesn't ask you how good your documentation is
Everybody overrates their documentation. Nobody misremembers how long it takes to train someone.
So every question asks about an observable event instead. What actually happened the last time an unusual job needed pricing. What you'd do if your most knowledgeable person gave notice tomorrow.
It never asks about budget, timeline, or whether you're looking for help. The moment a diagnostic asks that, it stops being a diagnostic.
What happens afterwards
One email from me. That's it.
You'll get a personal email within 24 hours. Not a sequence, not a newsletter, not an automation with your first name dropped in. Me, reading your actual score and telling you what I think it means.
If you score in the top band I'll say congratulations, offer you nothing, and ask how you got there. If you score at the bottom, I'll tell you a build would be painful right now and point you at the Standard instead.
